Whom are you idolising ?

A quaint, little church in the middle of an expansive field.

When I was young I ended up being a huge fan of Ravi Shashtri
( an Indian cricketer ).Every inch of the wall in my room had space
only for his pictures .

Time changes and so does our passion and interests .

One thing that I really regret is not knowing Our Lord early in life .

Going for Sunday church service in my growing up years was a ritual .
Something  that needed to have a  on my Sunday calendar .
If wishes were horses I would turn around those years of my life
into something more purposeful and meaningful . Knowing my creator
in my youthful days [ Ecclesiastes 12:1 ] would mean walking in
His statutes and promises and making the right choices .

It's not too late even now for those who have regrets like I do . There is
nothing greater in this world than knowing our Lord. This love, peace
and joy in knowing our saviour cannot be traded for anything else.
Sow into the lives of others and your children and your harvest
will be plentiful.

Idolising or putting something above God is not a great place to be in .
Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His RIGHTEOUSNESS and
EVERYTHING else will be added unto you.Matthew 6:33

Let’s lay down everything that keeps us away from God and may each
step that we take brings us closer to Him than take us away from Him💜
